The music blog ‘SEI LIBRARY’, which introduces indie / alternative rock bands, made a collaboration T-shirt with Oracle Siters to commemorate the release of the new single ‘Spotlight’! Parisを拠点に活動する今話題のバンドOracle Sisters。Hedi Slimaneも彼らのライヴへ駆けつけました。また、彼らは大手ロックメディアNMEが選ぶ新人100（The NME 100: Essential new artists for 2019）に選出されました。
そんな彼らと、インディ／オルタナティヴロックバンドを紹介するミュージックブログ’SEI LIBRARY’が、ニューシングル’Spotlight’リリースを記念して、コラボTシャツを作りました！ バンドのロゴをプリントしたWネームのTシャツです。このロゴは’Spotlight’のミュージックビデオで彼らが着ているジャケットのバックプリントにもなっています。
こちらはLewis監修のデザインです。もともとはLewisの絵で紹介できないかと相談したところ、’彼がロゴの方がよくない？’と提案してくれて。私もまさかロゴTを作れるとは思わなかったので、こちらはもちろんOK。一見シンプルに見えますが、全部で4回ぐらいデザインの提案をLewisにしてようやくお互い納得できるところに落ち着いたこだわりの一着になります。
これまではロックなシルエットのTシャツを展開していましたが、今回はあえてストリート／スケータースタイルにぴったりの形、素材にしました。というのは、私は最近もしょっちゅうSupreme着ていて、ゆとりのあるTシャツのバンドバージョンを作りたいなと思ったのが理由です。
